GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE

Art. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between “PARSI AND CO” EOOD (hereinafter referred to for short as “Company”, “Supplier”), EIK 175293422 with correspondence address: Sofia, Str. Prof. Hr. Vakarelski 13А and any person (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”, “User”) who uses the site located at the address: https://blindiranivrati.net/ and/or the services provided through it (“Site /a”).
(2) By accessing and loading the site, Visitors agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES

Art. 3 The main characteristics of the services provided by “PARSI I CO” EOOD through the site, hereinafter referred to as “Services” for short, are the following:

 

(1) The company provides an opportunity to view the content published on the site. The supplier provides information about himself, the services he provides, current offers, contacts, presentation of his clients and/or partners and others.

 

(2) The Company provides an opportunity for the Visitor to generate electronic inquiries by email address (e-mail) through functional inquiry forms within the site. The visitor should fill in the fields indicated by the Company and select the “Make inquiry” button. The Company does not guarantee its ability to respond and the time frame in which one will be provided.

 

(3) The Company provides the possibility of referring (linking) the Visitor to business profiles on the site in social networks, profiles and websites of its partners, customers and others. The Company provides this opportunity for the convenience of Visitors, and is not responsible for the content of the profiles and websites to which the possibility of referral is provided and which are not owned by and/or not operated by the Company. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to linked profiles and pages, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

(4) The services placed on and/or provided through the site are intended only for business customers (for example: merchants and individuals acting within the scope of their commercial or professional activity) and do not require online registration on the site.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 4. (1) All information on the site, including but not limited to: texts, design, program codes, photos, graphic images, etc., is the intellectual property of “PARSI AND CO” EOOD and may not be used by third parties in any way without the prior written consent of the Company.

 

(2) Any unregulated use of the materials published on the site, without the permission of the Company, constitutes a violation for which the offender bears civil, administrative-criminal and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

 

Art. 5. “PARSI I CO” EOOD does not allow the use of the site’s content in any way by visualizing all or part of the materials published on it on another site.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 6. (1) “PARSI AND CO” EOOD undertakes measures to protect the personal data of Users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Policy announced on its website.

 

(2) The company does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require visitors to register to use the site.

 

(3) Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/ EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), consent to the processing of personal data is obtained from the User explicitly, in writing and for each specific case.

  1. OBLIGATIONS OF SITE VISITORS

Art. 7. The user using the services and/or information on the site undertakes:

 

  1. to comply with Bulgarian legislation and these General Terms and Conditions for using the site’s resources;

 

  1. not to damage or destroy systems or information arrays (crack) placed on the site pages.

VII. AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 8. (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Company at any time, as it promptly publishes the amended General Terms and Conditions on the website, together with a message on the website to the Users about the changes made.

 

(2) The changes in these general terms and conditions are effective for all visitors of the site from the moment of their announcement by “PARSI AND CO” EOOD.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Art. 9. (1) “PARSI AND CO” EOOD provides access to the content of the site as it is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the site lead to the results intended by the Visitors.

 

(2) The information and materials available on the site (including, but not limited to: texts, images, messages and others) are of an informative and general nature and do not constitute, nor should they be accepted or interpreted as advice, guidelines and / or consultation provided by the Company to any of the Site Users.

 

(3) “PARSI AND CO” EOOD is not responsible for damages and lost benefits of the Users caused by the materials published on the site.

 

(4) The site contains references/links to other websites of third parties and “PARSI AND CO” EOOD is not responsible for the content and consequences of the use of these websites.

  1. OTHER PROVISIONS

Art. 10. The users of the site undertake to observe the ethical norms and not to damage the reputation of “PARSI I KO” EOOD when using the site and the materials contained therein.

 

Art. 11. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to unresolved issues related to the implementation and interpretation of these terms and conditions.

 

Art. 12. These general terms and conditions enter into force for all visitors to the site as of January 1, 2024.
